All treatments are by appointment only. Please note that in-person sessions are available for women only. Please arrive to your appointment on time. Before your appointment:

If this is your first treatment with me, I will send you a consultation form for you to complete prior to your appointment. This consultation form includes personal questions regarding your health and allows me to rule out any contraindications. It’s essential that this form is completed as it allows me to review any health considerations in advance, and ensures your treatment is safe and tailored to you. If you have any difficulty completing the form, we can go through it together at your first appointment. Please note this will take a few minutes and may reduce your hands-on treatment time.

If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or any contagious illness, infection, or contagious skin condition, then please let me know and we can reschedule your session for when you are better. This includes, but is not limited to, colds, flu, stomach bugs, contagious rashes, or other transmissible conditions. This ensures the safety and comfort of all clients and myself.

Additionally, I am not yet trained in pregnancy massage, so please do not book a session if you are currently pregnant. Thank you for your understanding.

Getting Here: 

I am located in Therapy Spaces 16 St James' Rd, Surbiton KT6 4QH (available by appointment only). 

I will notify you of your room number in your booking confirmation email.

By Car: There is 2 hours free parking nearby in Waitrose Surbiton and Sainsbury’s Surbiton. There is also St Philips Road Car Park nearby which charges £1.60 an hour.

By Public Transport:

• By Train: The nearest station is Surbiton Station (South Western Railway), which offers frequent services into central London (Waterloo) and beyond. The treatment room is just a short walk from the station (110 yards), making it convenient for those travelling by train.

• By Bus: There is a bus stop (St James’ Road – Stop H) just a short walk from the treatment room. The following buses serve this stop: 85, 371, 465, K1 and K4.

Payment 

A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment by cash or bank transfer.

Cancellations, Deposits & Rescheduling Policy

• Booking your session: A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This helps cover room costs and confirms your booking.

• Cancellation notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

• Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will not result in have their refunded.

• No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee may apply.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.
